Hotel Gabi - Plovdiv

Large and comfortable rooms. Near city center. Kind and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room. Gift of fruits upon arrival. Convenient location near mall and rowing base. Good value for the money. Good wifi.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Greeted by knowledgabe friendly staff. Always helpful and location was great for shoppers. Mall on doorstep with cinema. Restaurant for local cuisine within 2 mins walk from hotel. Great stay!!!

Their staff were always friendly, english speaking skills were good.The staff were all round assets to the Gabi Hotel. Breakfast was always filling and of good quality.

The Hotel does not have a shower screen in the bathroom, a squeezie or mop located in the bathroom would be helpful.

Convenient location, great staff, and free Wi-Fi

I recently went on a city trip with some friends and we stayed at a hotel just a stone's throw away from a popular shopping center. The hotel staff was amazing and made our stay a memorable one. We could access free Wi-Fi throughout our stay and the location of our hotel couldn't have been more perfect. What's more, the hotel was close to some of the best restaurants in the city, making it an ideal location for us to indulge in some of the local cuisines.

The limited options available at breakfast. Although the hotel tried their best to cater to our international tastes, the choices were still somewhat limited.

Great location near a shopping mall, restaurants, and transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. the room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

The bathroom lacked a cabin which made it uncomfortable to shower. Breakfast was not consistently good and lacked fresh fruit.

The deluxe room has cool and funky decor. Comfortable beds, quiet. Right across from new, glitzy mall. Great location if you have a car to go into the old part. Staff was very nice. Best restaurant we found in Bulgaria 30 second walk down the street on your left.

I didn't mind so much, but the bathroom very tiny. If you are the type to require shower curtains and space, this is not for you (no room for curtain, so the whole bathroom gets wet). I liked this for some reason (my inner child being allowed to get the whole bathroom wet?)

Big rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Breakfast small and basic - it is served to you on a single pate. No offers of any extra coffee or anything else. No fruit juice.

This hotel was a great find! Located near a large shopping mall, it was a convenient location for shopping and taking buses to explore. the rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. the staff was welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home. Breakfast was tasty with an ample selection of food.

Very friendly english speaking staff. Made me feel very welcome.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in a very beautiful area. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities, including a comfortable double bed and an extendable couch. The location was also convenient, with a mall just across the street. It made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect.

Breakfast was a bit erratic. No fresh fruit. It was irritating to be continuously asked to pay the bill half way through our stay. They had our credit card details as a guarantee. It was better to pay in cash, as they add 5% to the bill if you pay by card, but I have never been asked to pay part way through a visit. Having said that - we would probably use the hotel again.

The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. we found parking to be easy and transportation around this city was easy.

Additionally, the availability of rooms with a double bed and an extendable couch caters to various accommodation needs.

No major drawbacks, everything was in good order.
